Cancellation policy

We want to make managing your wellness routine as easy as possible. When you enroll in our "Subscribe & Save" plan, you retain full control over your recurring orders. Here is exactly how our cancellation and modification process works:

1. How to Cancel or Modify Your Subscription

You can cancel, pause, or skip a delivery at any time, with absolutely no hidden fees or penalties.

To manage your plan, you have two options:

• Customer Portal: Log in to your account on our website and navigate to the "Manage Subscriptions" section. From there, you can pause, skip, or cancel your plan with a single click.

• Via Email: Send a cancellation request to synthesiasciences@gmail.com, and our support team will promptly process the cancellation for you.

2. Cancellation Cut-Off Window

To avoid being charged for your next upcoming delivery, please ensure you cancel or pause your subscription at least 48 hours before your next scheduled billing date.

• Why 48 hours? Our system automatically communicates with our payment gateways to process your recurring mandate. Giving us this 48-hour window ensures the automated charge is successfully stopped before your bank processes the deduction.

3. Processed Orders and Refunds

• If you cancel before the cut-off: Your subscription will be terminated immediately, and you will not be billed for any future shipments.

• If you cancel after an order has processed: If your payment has already been automatically processed and the order has entered our fulfillment queue, that specific order cannot be cancelled and will be shipped to you. However, your subscription will be fully cancelled for all future months.
